1. About this notice and contact
This notice covers the public AIBODY website at aibody.sa, its online shop, customer accounts and enquiries. This website is operated by AIBody, a Saudi technology company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For questions about personal data or to exercise your rights, contact contact@aibody.ai with the subject “Privacy request”. Institutional clinical, research or biosignal services require their own service-specific information and arrangements.
2. Information collected and its sources
You provide information when you contact us, create an account or use checkout. The contact form requests your name and email address and provides fields for your organisation, enquiry type and message. Account and order information can include your contact details, username, billing and delivery addresses, products, quantities, order history and correspondence. Required fields are marked on the relevant form; without the necessary information we may be unable to respond or process a request. Optional information is voluntary.
When you browse, the website and its service providers can also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, timestamps and cookie identifiers. This supports delivery of pages, language preferences, shopping sessions, troubleshooting and security.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, discuss institutional partnerships, manage accounts, prepare and administer orders, provide customer support and protect the website against misuse. Processing associated with an order or account supports the relevant agreement; records may also be needed to meet applicable accounting or other legal obligations. Website security and fraud prevention can rely on legitimate interests where legally permitted and balanced against individual rights. Consent is required for processing that depends on consent, including optional direct marketing where applicable. Browsing, contacting us or placing an order does not by itself constitute consent to receive advertising.
4. Cookies and communications
The site uses cookies for its shopping cart, customer session and language choice. Examples observed on the site include woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash, cookies beginning wp_woocommerce_session_, and pll_language. WordPress may also set login cookies when you sign in.
Commerce, communication and advertising integrations available on the website include Google for WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat. Depending on their activation, configuration and your applicable choices, these services can process browsing events, device identifiers or shopping interactions for measurement, communications or advertising. Their presence does not mean every service receives every visitor’s information.
You can restrict or delete cookies using your browser settings; doing so may affect your cart, login or language selection. You can request that optional marketing stop by emailing us, or use an unsubscribe link where one is provided. Essential order or account messages may still be needed. This notice is information about processing and is not a request for marketing consent.
5. Access, sharing and payment information
Information may be handled by AIBODY personnel and service providers involved in website hosting, maintenance, business email and customer support. Where an order requires delivery or payment processing, the relevant providers may receive the information necessary for that task. Advertising and communication services described above may receive data when those functions are used. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, or where necessary and lawful to address a dispute or protect against fraud.
Any payment provider offered at checkout should be reviewed before entering payment details. AIBODY may receive the payment status, amount and transaction reference needed to administer an order. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes or passwords through the contact form or ordinary email. External websites and services have their own privacy notices.
6. Storage and international processing
The server hosting this website is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Website account and order information is stored in the databases used to operate the website; correspondence may also be held in business email and support systems. External service providers, including communications or advertising services, may process information in countries outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer must meet the requirements that apply to that processing, including applicable Saudi personal data transfer rules. Contact us for further details about the storage arrangements and providers relevant to your request.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. Contact messages are needed while handling the enquiry and relevant follow-up; account information supports the customer relationship; order and invoice records may need to be retained for applicable accounting requirements or disputes. Technical records support operation, security and investigation of incidents. Data that is no longer necessary and is not subject to a lawful retention requirement should be deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may ask us about the retention applicable to your information and request deletion; a legal obligation or unresolved claim may prevent immediate deletion of particular records.
8. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, a readable copy, correction or completion, and destruction of data no longer needed. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
Send your request to contact@aibody.ai. Please identify the account, order or enquiry concerned; do not attach identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. Identity verification may be necessary. Under the Saudi implementing regulations, rights requests are to be handled within 30 days, with an extension of up to a further 30 days where the permitted conditions apply and the person is notified in advance with reasons. You can also raise a complaint with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
9. Security and sensitive information
The website uses HTTPS to protect data in transit. No online service can promise absolute security; use a unique password and keep account access private.
The public contact form and shop are not intended for submitting patient records, medical reports, identity documents, EMG recordings or other sensitive clinical or biometric information. If your institution needs such a service, contact AIBODY first to arrange the relevant privacy information, authorised access and appropriate transfer channel. This public website notice does not replace an institutional data-processing agreement.
10. Children and updates
The shop and partnership enquiry services are intended for adults and authorised institutional representatives. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information can contact us to request review and, where appropriate, deletion.
This notice may be updated when the website’s services or processing arrangements change. The revision date appears at the top of the page. Additional consent or notice may be required for a new purpose.

١. نطاق السياسة والتواصل
توضح هذه السياسة معالجة البيانات عبر موقع aibody.sa العام ومتجره وحسابات العملاء والاستفسارات. تدير هذا الموقع شركة AIBody، وهي شركة تقنية سعودية مقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. للاستفسار عن بياناتك أو ممارسة حقوقك، راسل contact@aibody.ai مع عنوان «طلب متعلق بالخصوصية». أما الخدمات المؤسسية السريرية أو البحثية أو المتعلقة بالإشارات الحيوية فتحتاج إلى معلومات وترتيبات خاصة بكل خدمة.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها ومصادرها
تقدم لنا البيانات عند التواصل معنا أو إنشاء حساب أو استخدام صفحة إتمام الطلب. يطلب نموذج التواصل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، ويتيح حقولاً للمؤسسة ونوع الاستفسار والرسالة. وقد تتضمن بيانات الحساب والطلب معلومات التواصل واسم المستخدم وعناوين الفوترة والتوصيل والمنتجات والكميات وسجل الطلبات والمراسلات. تُميّز الحقول المطلوبة داخل النموذج؛ وقد يتعذر الرد أو تنفيذ الطلب دون المعلومات اللازمة، بينما يبقى تقديم المعلومات الاختيارية طوعياً.
قد يتلقى الموقع ومقدمو خدماته تلقائياً معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت ونوع المتصفح والجهاز والصفحات المطلوبة وأوقات الزيارة ومعرّفات ملفات الارتباط. وتساعد هذه المعلومات في عرض الصفحات وحفظ اللغة وتشغيل جلسة التسوق وتشخيص الأعطال وحماية الموقع.
٣. أغراض الاستخدام والمسوغات
تُستخدم المعلومات للرد على الاستفسارات ومناقشة الشراكات وإدارة الحسابات وإعداد الطلبات ومتابعتها وخدمة العملاء وحماية الموقع من إساءة الاستخدام. ترتبط معالجة بيانات الطلب أو الحساب بتنفيذ الاتفاق ذي الصلة، وقد يلزم حفظ بعض السجلات للوفاء بمتطلبات محاسبية أو نظامية أخرى. ويمكن أن تستند حماية الموقع ومكافحة الاحتيال إلى المصالح المشروعة متى أجاز النظام ذلك وبعد مراعاة حقوق الأفراد. وتلزم الموافقة عندما تكون هي مسوغ المعالجة، بما في ذلك التسويق المباشر الاختياري بحسب الأحكام المنطبقة. لا يُعد تصفح الموقع أو التواصل أو تقديم طلب موافقة بحد ذاته على تلقي الإعلانات.
٤. ملفات الارتباط والرسائل
يستخدم الموقع ملفات ارتباط لتشغيل السلة وجلسة العميل وتفضيل اللغة، ومنها woocommerce_items_in_cart وwoocommerce_cart_hash والملفات التي تبدأ بـ wp_woocommerce_session_ وpll_language. وقد ينشئ WordPress ملفات إضافية عند تسجيل الدخول.
تتضمن تكاملات التجارة والتواصل والإعلان المتاحة على الموقع خدمات مرتبطة بـ Google for WooCommerce وKlaviyo وPinterest وReddit وSnapchat. وبحسب تفعيلها وإعداداتها وخياراتك المنطبقة، قد تعالج أحداث التصفح أو معرّفات الأجهزة أو تفاعلات التسوق لأغراض القياس أو التواصل أو الإعلان. وجود التكامل لا يعني إرسال بيانات كل زائر إلى جميع هذه الخدمات.
يمكنك حظر ملفات الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات المتصفح، وقد يؤثر ذلك في السلة أو تسجيل الدخول أو اللغة. ويمكنك طلب إيقاف التسويق الاختياري عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رابط إلغاء الاشتراك عند توفره. وقد يستمر إرسال الرسائل الضرورية المتعلقة بالحساب أو الطلب. هذه السياسة توضح المعالجة ولا تمثل طلباً للموافقة على التسويق.
٥. الاطلاع والمشاركة وبيانات الدفع
قد يتعامل مع المعلومات العاملون لدى AIBODY ومقدمو الخدمات المرتبطة باستضافة الموقع وصيانته والبريد المهني ودعم العملاء. وعندما يتطلب الطلب توصيلاً أو معالجة دفع، قد يحصل مقدم الخدمة المعني على البيانات اللازمة لأداء مهمته. وقد تتلقى خدمات الإعلان والتواصل المذكورة أعلاه بيانات عند استخدام وظائفها. كما قد يُفصح عن معلومات عند وجود التزام نظامي، أو لمعالجة نزاع أو مكافحة احتيال في الحدود المسموح بها.
ينبغي مراجعة معلومات مقدم الدفع المعروض عند إتمام الطلب قبل إدخال البيانات المالية. وقد تتلقى AIBODY حالة الدفع والمبلغ ومرجع العملية لإدارة الطلب. لا ترسل أرقام البطاقات كاملة أو رموز التحقق أو كلمات المرور عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد العادي. وللمواقع والخدمات الخارجية سياسات خصوصية مستقلة.
٦. التخزين والمعالجة خارج المملكة
يقع الخادم الذي يستضيف هذا الموقع في المملكة العربية السعودية. تُحفظ معلومات الحسابات والطلبات في قواعد البيانات المستخدمة لتشغيل الموقع، وقد تُحفظ المراسلات كذلك في أنظمة البريد المهني والدعم. وقد يعالج مقدمو الخدمات الخارجية، بما فيها خدمات التواصل أو الإعلان، بعض المعلومات في دول خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. ويجب أن يستوفي أي نقل المتطلبات المنطبقة عليه، بما فيها أحكام نقل البيانات الشخصية السعودية. يمكنك التواصل معنا لمعرفة تفاصيل ترتيبات التخزين ومقدمي الخدمات المرتبطين بطلبك.
٧. الاحتفاظ والإتلاف
ترتبط مدة الاحتفاظ بالغرض ونوع السجل. تُستخدم رسائل التواصل لمعالجة الاستفسار ومتابعته، وتدعم بيانات الحساب علاقة العميل، وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير لمتطلبات محاسبية أو نزاعات. وتُستخدم السجلات التقنية لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته والتحقيق في الحوادث. وينبغي حذف البيانات التي انتهت الحاجة إليها أو إخفاء هوية أصحابها بصورة لا رجعة فيها، ما لم يوجد مسوغ نظامي للاحتفاظ. يمكنك الاستفسار عن مدة الاحتفاظ ببياناتك وطلب إتلافها؛ وقد يمنع التزام نظامي أو مطالبة قائمة الإتلاف الفوري لبعض السجلات.
٨. حقوقك وتقديم الشكاوى
وفقاً للأحكام المنطبقة، يمكنك طلب معرفة كيفية المعالجة، والوصول إلى بياناتك، والحصول على نسخة مقروءة، وتصحيحها أو إكمالها، وإتلاف ما انتهت الحاجة إليه. ويمكنك العدول عن الموافقة إذا كانت مسوغ المعالجة، دون التأثير في المعالجة السابقة التي تمت بصورة مشروعة.
أرسل طلبك إلى contact@aibody.ai مع تحديد الحساب أو الطلب أو الاستفسار المعني. لا ترفق وثائق هوية إلا بعد الاتفاق على وسيلة تحقق آمنة. قد يلزم التحقق من هويتك. تنص اللائحة التنفيذية السعودية على تنفيذ طلبات الحقوق خلال ثلاثين يوماً، مع إمكانية التمديد حتى ثلاثين يوماً إضافية عند توافر الشروط المقررة وإشعارك مسبقاً بالمدة وأسبابها. كما يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا».
٩. الحماية والبيانات الحساسة
يستخدم الموقع HTTPS لحماية البيانات أثناء نقلها. لا يمكن ضمان حماية مطلقة لأي خدمة عبر الإنترنت؛ استخدم كلمة مرور فريدة وحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
نموذج التواصل العام والمتجر غير مخصصين لاستقبال سجلات المرضى أو التقارير الطبية أو وثائق الهوية أو تسجيلات تخطيط العضلات أو المعلومات السريرية أو البيومترية الحساسة. إذا احتاجت مؤسستك إلى هذه الخدمات، تواصل مع AIBODY أولاً لترتيب معلومات الخصوصية المناسبة والصلاحيات وقناة نقل ملائمة. لا تحل هذه السياسة العامة محل اتفاقية معالجة بيانات مؤسسية.
١٠. الأطفال وتحديث السياسة
تستهدف خدمات المتجر واستفسارات الشراكة البالغين وممثلي المؤسسات المخولين. يمكن لولي الأمر التواصل معنا إذا اعتقد أن طفلاً قدم بيانات شخصية، لطلب مراجعتها وإتلافها عند الاقتضاء.
قد تُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير خدمات الموقع أو ترتيبات المعالجة. يظهر تاريخ المراجعة أعلى الصفحة، وقد تتطلب الأغراض الجديدة إشعاراً أو موافقة إضافية.
